About the Company

We’re working with a mission-driven retailer on a bold journey to become the largest store in the world for their sector. With over £200 million in revenue, 250 + employees, and a newly scaled D2C platform, their next big leap is the US, an 8x growth opportunity.

They’re taking a beloved British brand and turning it into the go-to destination for sustainable buying globally. Every product sold is one kept from landfill, and as a certified B Corp, they’ve baked purpose into every product decision.

About the role

The Lead Product Manager will shape the customer experience across discovery, purchase, and loyalty. Reporting to the Director of Product, you’ll lead two cross-functional squads and own web, app, and loyalty roadmap decisions—all within a high-transaction, fast-moving eCommerce setup.

The Lead Product Manager will:
  • Define and strategy across discovery, search, and loyalty in a high-scale D2C setting
  • Prioritise features based on data, customer insight, and experimentation outcomes
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to execute and iterate at speed
  • Lead A/B testing and data-informed product decisions from ideation to roll-out
  • Engage stakeholders across tech, ops, and commercial to drive unified progress

You Will Need
  • Proven experience owning a high-volume D2C or eCommerce product journey
  • Strong experimentation credentials—A/B testing, data insights, and outcome tracking
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle products (e.g., loyalty schemes, mobile apps)
  • Confidence in managing cross-functional squads and stakeholder networks
  • Shopify experience (desirable) or other major commerce platforms

Why You’ll Love It:
  • £100,000 base + up to 20% bonus based on impact
  • 25 days holiday + private healthcare + enhanced pension (8% employer)
  • B Corp-certified, sustainability-first business model
  • London coworking (Kings Cross) + occasional travel to Hungary/US
  • Be part of a mission to scale the biggest second-hand store globally
