We’re working with an international real estate advisor that’s redefining urban development across global gateway cities. With a heritage of thoughtful investment and a focus on timeless places, this client combines commercial strength with a people-first approach. As they grow their European portfolio, they’re looking for someone to lead marketing for high-profile assets across London and Germany. The role requires someone who has a good level of language ability in German.
  
The Marketing Manager will own the brand and customer experience strategy across multiple office-led assets. From leasing campaigns and digital channels to PR and placemaking, you’ll ensure each property reflects a world-class standard and resonates with both tenants and local communities.
  
The Marketing Manager will:
– Build and execute strategic marketing and leasing plans across London and Germany
– Lead the creation of branded materials, campaigns, digital content, and on-site experiences
– Collaborate with asset, property and development teams to ensure cohesive customer engagement
– Oversee PR and media activities, coordinating across local consultants and global teams
– Manage stakeholder relationships and budgets, using data to report on campaign impact
You will need:
– 6+ years’ marketing experience, ideally in real estate, architecture or hospitality
– Excellent written and spoken fluency in English and German
– Proven success managing agencies, campaigns, and multi-market strategies
– Digital-first mindset with strong skills in SEO, email, social media and analytics
– Confidence working in a matrixed business and balancing multiple priorities
