We are working with a dynamic company that is leading the way in providing high-quality rental homes across the UK. Backed by prominent investors, our client is expanding rapidly and offers an exciting opportunity to be part of this growth.

 

The Marketing Executive will play a crucial role in supporting and delivering the marketing functions of our client's Private Rented Sector (PRS) platform. This position is integral to implementing and executing marketing plans to meet business targets and drive customer acquisition.

 

The Marketing Executive will:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Lettings and Marketing Managers, supporting the marketing function from start to finish.
  • Manage third-party agencies for new development launches, boosting customer acquisition.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of all marketing activities, ensuring objectives are met.
  • Oversee budget spend to achieve return on investment targets.
  • Write and deliver content and social media plans, managing promotional materials across various channels.

 

Essential Skills:

  • Previous experience in real estate and residential lettings is preferred.
  • Proficient in building marketing programs with exposure to digital and direct response marketing.
  • Competent in creative writing and basic projects using Adobe CC (InDesign and Photoshop).
  • Outstanding customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • A dynamic, driven personality with a strong zeal for the industry.
