We’re partnered with a high-growth FinTech start-up operating within the financial wellbeing space. This business is helping thousands of people manage their finances with their financial literacy and wellbeing.

This is a newly created role to manage a key route to market for this ambitious innovation firm. It’s a unique opportunity to lead on the business’ Partnerships strategy and will suit a driven and hungry Partnerships professional.

The Partnerships Manager will:

• Have ownership of managing major partnerships for the firm. You will be responsible for nurturing partner relationships to help drive long term sustainable growth.
• Be the main point of contact for all partners. You will have excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
• Work cross-functionally with Product and Marketing to ensure the largest opportunities are maximised.

Required skills and experience:

• Start-up experience within the tech space, HR-Tech preferable.
• Growth mindset comfortable working with ambiguity.
