Paid Social is a huge growth area for the business, and they are looking for a real expert to come in and lead the strategy in this area.
What You’ll Be Doing Drive the Paid Social Strategy Lead the strategic direction of all paid social channels—Meta, TikTok, and beyond. You’ll define the roadmap, test hypotheses, and continually optimise for scale and efficiency.
Own the Data, Drive the Decisions Turn performance data into actionable insights. You’ll be hands-on with reporting, attribution, and testing frameworks to ensure we’re making smart, scalable decisions across platforms.
Lead a Small but Mighty Team Manage and mentor a growing team of Paid Social Specialists. You’ll inspire, support, and bring the best out of them as we scale our media buying and creative output.
Partner Closely with Creative Work hand-in-hand with our in-house and external creative teams to shape thumb-stopping ads. From briefing to testing, your strategic input will be vital to turning concepts into conversions.
What We're Looking For - Proven experience owning paid social performance at scale (ideally £200k+/month in spend).
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads
- A data-driven mindset with experience using attribution tools and creating actionable reporting.
- Passion for ad creative with the ability to brief, critique, and iterate content for performance.
- Comfortable leading a small team while also rolling your sleeves up.
- A proactive self-starter with a bias toward action and experimentation.
