We’re partnering with a fast-scaling digital agency trusted by major ecommerce retailers to drive exceptional growth. With a team-first culture and international backing, they’re transforming how retail brands accelerate performance through cutting-edge technology, strategy, and insight. Now they’re hiring a Digital Growth Manager to support their ambitious expansion and ensure client excellence remains second to none.
The Digital Growth Manager will work across 3–4 ecommerce accounts, owning strategy and delivery while building enduring client partnerships. You’ll sit at the intersection of performance marketing, project delivery and commercial insight—bringing sharp thinking and digital know-how to every conversation.
The Manager, Digital Growth will…
– Shape omni-channel performance strategies in collaboration with Paid Search, Social, SEO, and Creative experts
– Own day-to-day campaign delivery across multiple digital channels
– Build and sustain trusted client relationships with a commercial lens
– Translate performance data into clear insights across ROAS, CPA, revenue and more
– Bring fresh thinking from ecommerce trends and help clients stay ahead
You will need…
– 4 years plus experience in digital, within ecommerce/retail or agency environments. Will look at both in house and agency candidates
– A holistic understanding of digital channels and their growth impact
– Strong communication and client retention skills
– Confidence working with platforms like GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, or similar
– Curiosity and drive to grow accounts, not just maintain them
