A high-growth, direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand in the health & wellness space is seeking a Product Manager to take the lead on its digital experience. The business is undergoing an exciting period of growth and brand evolution, with a renewed focus on customer experience, innovation, and conversion optimisation.
 
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the vision for the website, owning the full product lifecycle and working cross-functionally to drive performance and deliver an exceptional online experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and help deliver the product vision and roadmap for the D2C website.
  • Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and discovery to understand customer needs and identify growth opportunities.
  • Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
  • Optimise user journeys to increase conversion rates and customer lifetime value.
  • Use data to evaluate features, measure performance, and support decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, customer support, and leadership teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Build compelling business cases, product documentation, and ROI analyses to support prioritisation and planning.
  • Leverage CRO and experimentation frameworks to validate product improvements.
About You
  • 3+ years' experience in Product Management, with a strong B2C or D2C focus.
  • Proven success in building and optimising digital products with commercial impact.
  • Comfortable working across the full product lifecycle in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with hands-on experience using analytics tools to inform decisions.
  • Technically confident—able to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on complex projects.
  • Skilled in CRO and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with Shopify Plus is a bonus, but not essential.
  • Being a lover of animals will help!
