UX Copywriter Financial Services Up to £50,000 + bonus + benefits We're working with a well-established financial services business, currently undergoing a significant brand and digital transformation. As part of this evolution, they’re hiring a UX Copywriter to help shape how the business speaks to its clients across a range of digital touchpoints.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the voice of a business with a strong heritage as it modernises its proposition and deepens its engagement with clients.
Responsibilities: - Crafting clear, compelling copy for digital experiences, from sign-up flows to content modules and client portals.
- Developing and interpreting tone of voice guidelines, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
- Collaborating with UX/UI designers, content strategists, and stakeholders across the business.
- Working closely with marketing and content teams, ensuring alignment between brand messaging and product experience.
- Playing a key role in a wider rebrand and digital evolution.
Required skills and experience: - Experience in UX writing, content design or creative copy, ideally within an agency, financial services or other regulated environment.
- A strong sense of tone, audience, and message hierarchy and the ability to flex this across different platforms.
- Confidence working with stakeholders across design, marketing, product and brand.
- A practical understanding of digital journeys, user needs and how copy drives engagement.
- Familiarity with tools like Figma is a bonus, but not essential.
