London hybrid - 3 days a week


I am currently working with a digital-first DTC Health and wellness brand all centred around supporting you and your recovery. Founded in 2022 by a serial entrepreneur, the brand has since sky-rocketed, turning over £20m of revenue within its first year of trading.  They’re a truly global company with a presence across The US, Canada, UKI and Europe and offer the opportunity to join a cutting-edge, pioneering company. 


They are looking to hire a Head of Growth reporting directly to the founder, you will be instrumental to the next stage of the business’ growth, being one of the founding members of a company on an incredible growth trajectory🚀 


The Role 

They are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully scaling e-commerce businesses through strategic planning and execution of paid media campaigns. As the Head of Growth, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through various channels, including but not limited to Facebook ads, Google ads, TikTok ads, and other paid media platforms. 


What the job involves

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize all paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook ads, Google ads, TikTok ads, and others.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement optimization strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and e-commerce to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Set ambitious targets and develop actionable plans to achieve and exceed revenue and growth goals.
  • Work with the CRM Manager to craft and execute the brand's CRM strategy.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the growth team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.

  • A performance marketing expert, with strong strategic and technical skills across Facebook ads, google ads, TikTok ads and other paid media platforms.
  • A date driven marketer, you use data to drive decisions and generate insights.
  • A creative mindset, you understand the importance of creative and how to capture consumers attention with innovative paid media campaigns.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and achieving ambitious targets.
  • You have a desire to work in a scaling brand and be part of building and growing the business and a team.
