The Retention Marketing Manager will...

Design and implement targeted campaigns to engage the estate agent database.

Collaborate with product and sales teams to identify customer pain points and develop effective content strategies.

Analyse campaign performance to drive data-informed decisions and enhance future engagement strategies.

Essential Skills:

Proven experience in managing customer retention and engagement campaigns, ideally in B2B software or property markets.

Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adapt strategies accordingly.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Creative problem-solving abilities to address customer challenges and improve retention.

Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and targeted content creation.
