I am currently working with a hybrid agency and consultancy that operates in clients teams and offices. They have a great client base across entertainment, publishing, e-commerce, travel and start-up brands.

They are looking for a Senior Paid Social Manager to join the team

Key Responsibilities:

• Client relationship ownership & development
• Driving strategy, set-up, management and optimisation across all Paid Social platforms
• Development of market leading Paid Social strategies tied to clients’ cross-channel KPIs
• Supporting and providing input in cross-channel strategies that include: Paid Search / Shopping, Display, Mobile App Marketing
• End-to-end optimisation of campaign budgets, targeting, tactics, creative etc. to meet and exceed our clients’ objectives
• Strategy development and identification of new growth opportunities for the clients and for the agency approach in Paid Social
• Leading continuous and rigorous test & learn approaches
• Performance reporting and analysis, naturally translating data into insights and recommendations
• Presentations to senior client stakeholders
• Managing, mentoring & coaching team members from account executive to manager level

Ideal Candidate Experience:

• Demonstrable expertise in leading, successfully managing and delivering growth via Paid Social
• Have worked in or with e-commerce / start-up companies, successfully drawing and orchestrating their Paid Social approach to drive direct response KPIs
• A bible of all things Paid Social, always up-to-date with latest trends in the industry
• A self-starter with a strong desire to gain broader experience in new channels and industry verticals
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and confidence to operate in a very client-facing role
• Highly analytical and numerate – preferably with experience with web analytics tools
• Excellent understanding of the Martech landscape, vendors and tools
