We have been working closely with Savills since 2015, supporting their bids and digital marketing recruitment needs. Due to the excellent service we have provided for the business over the year, the Management Resources team reached out for support with events marketing hires.

Supporting on a team re-structure
Savills Management Resources needed recruitment support, as their Senior Events Manager was going on to maternity leave. This resulted in a team re-structure and two open jobs.
Timing was the top priority for the hiring managers, which is why they chose to work with a marketing recruitment agency. Having worked with 3Search in the past and received an outstanding recruitment experience, they knew that our consultants would be able to deliver top talent quickly.
Management of the recruitment process
Our specialist property marketing recruiter, Lucy Hannaford, and interim recruiter, Taylor Nash, were best equipped to support on this recruitment process. They have each built extensive networks and deep expertise in the industry, so delivered each role on time, within two weeks.
To achieve this outcome each guided the hiring process, providing best-practice advice at each stage. They arranged weekly calls to update the team about:
