We are currently working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing tech start-ups who are looking to expand their team. The business are on quite a journey and are entering scale-up mode, where they are currently building a product that will be a disrupter in its category. They are an app-based business that launched in 2016 and has attracted more than 4 million users to date.
As CRM Manager you will:
- Design and optimise activity across multiple countries, audiences & channels to grow our customer base.
- Own the ‘Activation’ part of the Customer Lifecycle; focusing on converting new sign ups into first time customers. Their users will be at the heart of everything you do.
- You’ll gain a deep understanding of the consumers motivations & why they drop off at each stage of creation, turning this into meaningful, actionable insights & crystal clear campaign briefs.
- You’ll be commercially minded, numbers-obsessed and laser focused on hitting our targets. With a passion for CRM, you’ll keep on top of trends & come to meetings armed with ideas.
- You’ll have a growth mindset, delivering work at a fast pace, pivoting when required, and ensuring activity is measurable and scalable.
- Reporting into the Head of CRM, you’ll work alongside another (Retention-focused) CRM Manager.
- 4+ years’ experience in a marketing role, specialising in CRM for a consumer brand
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through CRM initiatives and managing data-driven campaigns
- Solid experience using an ESP/CRM system to send B2C email campaigns
- Basic understanding of HTML & CSS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
