About the Product Owner Role

The Product Owner will be responsible for providing product leadership across the group's three companies and their websites for both B2B and B2C customers, This role includes owning the overall website experience and performance and working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver a best-in-class experience for both customers and the business. The Product Manager will both execute and define technology requirements, align the website product roadmap with wider business initiatives, and collaborate with teams based in London, China, and Singapore to ensure high standards across design, functionality, and content.

Essential Skills:

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Resilience and ability to handle change and ambiguity.
• You're a self-starter and can work autonomously.
• Bilingual in Chinese and English.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Familiar with web languages, frameworks, and technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, REACT).
• Experience with international/global websites and user-centred design principles.
